About Erin Wood
I am a life-long learner, with a great breadth of experiences in research and development, in both private and government sectors. I most recently worked for 6 years at EMD Electronics in San Diego, first in chemical laboratory support of new formulation development, then in applications engineering. I have discovered a passion for problem-solving, troubleshooting, and devising innovative ways to address problems both new and old. I am currently attending MiraCosta College\'s Technology Careers Institute, for the Engineering Technician Certificate program, to hone and develop my technical skills, to follow my passion. My expected completion date is in mid April, 2024, and I am open to work in challenging and evolving fields. I thrive in situations with a steep learning curve.
