Lead the community effort to implement and coordinate programs and projects furthering permanent supportive housing, self-sufficiency, and supportive service provision. Coordinates with other divisions in the Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization Department, as well as external partners, to achieve program/consumer outcomes for affordable PSH development, integration of PSH into traditional affordable housing, rental assistance programs, landlord recruitment, as well as development, oversight, coordination and funding of quality supportive services. Ensures the administration and compliance for Federal grant and locally funded programs focused on permanent supportive housing development, rental assistance, and support services targeting the lowest income households who, but for services, would not remain stably housed.
