In this role, I oversee training and recruitment for the credit union, provide coaching and guidance to two direct reports, and act as a resource to employees and leaders. I conduct exit and stay interviews, analyze the data gathered, and use that information to make evidence based suggestions to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover. I handle FMLA, ADA, workers compensation, and unemployment claims. Additional responsibilities include assessing compensation strategy, providing benefit education, and performance management.
