About Erin Bridges
I’m a social impact professional with nearly a decade of experience using research, data systems, and cross-sector collaboration to drive better outcomes for young people and families. With a background in social work and a deep commitment to equity, I bring both technical expertise and human-centered insight to my work in education, child welfare, and community-based initiatives.Most recently, I led research and continuous quality improvement efforts at ICF, supporting federal and state initiatives in child welfare and refugee services.
