Role as North American Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) Lead for Phase 2 trial• Sponsor lead liaison for SMA program between Advisory Board, CRO and relevant vendors. Roles and responsibilities included, but not limited to: leading cross-functional meetings, facilitating feedback from advisory board to internal and external study team members. • Providing CRO vendor oversight to ensure alignment and coordination between sponsor and CRO. Additionally, management emphasis on ensuring positive collaboration and maintaining excellent relationships with CRO counterparts to facilitate smooth trial execution.• Preparing and reviewing clinical trial documents; additionally, providing clinical operational input for cross-functional study documents (i.e. ICFs, study plans, etc.)• Planning Investigator Meetings globally and conducting training of study staff and site personnel• Continued dedication as a Fun Committee team member to drive a positive company culture and support company-based events.
