I am the co-founder and chief strategy officer of 4Patriots®, one of the country’s first, largest and fastest-growing emergency preparedness providers committed to offering the innovative products and expertise necessary for millions of Americans to prepare for unexpected events and become more self-reliant and independent. We are excited to celebrate 4Patriots\' 15th anniversary in 2023.As chief strategy officer, I\'m responsible for crafting the long-term plan that will allow 4Patriots to execute on its vision of bringing freedom and self-reliance to more Americans. I\'m passionate about identifying and removing the internal and external roadblocks that prevent successful companies from continually evolving to meet customer needs, and about creating a culture that empowers great people.After spending nearly 10 years working in corporate marketing and product management in the Northeast, I moved with my husband Allen to my home state of Tennessee to found 4Patriots in 2008. Dissatisfied with corporate America, we longed to build something authentic that could provide real solutions to the problems and growing sense of unease being felt by those around us. Despite a recession at the time, we were determined to help our friends and family find peace of mind and be ready no matter what disruptions might come their way.Since then, 4Patriots has grown into the leading common-sense preparedness resource credited with helping to transition the $5.8 billion global preparedness market online. What started at our kitchen table with a single product has matured into a thriving e-commerce business with hundreds of high-quality products spanning portable solar power; survival food kits and bundles; water filtration and storage; as well as specific preparedness solutions for camping, the RV, home, car, yard and garden. To date, 4Patriots has served more than 2 million customers and generated $1 billion in sales. I was honored to be named as an Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Southeast Award Winner by Ernst & Young, LLP.I have a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. Allen and I live in Nashville with our three daughters.

One of her strengths is taking ideas and effectively initializing plans to make them a reality. She is effective at tackling and resolving cross- functional issues. One of her key strengths is quickly identifying and articulating problems, bottlenecks, disconnects and roadblocks, as well as ensuring that communication is effectively flowing across the organization.Erin’s natural perspective is oriented toward things that are internal to the company. She is passionate about not only what we do, but also HOW we do it. She likes to build “strong containers” to hold all the amazing ideas that are being generated! She is one of our advocates for operational strategies that make our vision scalable and repeatable.
