Lead inclusive and thriving teams to achieve our goals for impact.• Lead and support business development by investing external stakeholders towards a common vision for impact that aligns with strategic priorities. • Lead the development of the Los Angeles Teacher Preparation Pathway, a collaboration with districts and credentialing partners to prepare 460 classified staff over the next four years as TK-12 teachers who are well prepared to meet the needs of multilingual learners. • Led a strategic planning process for the San Francisco Literacy Coalition to raise literacy achievement in the San Francisco Unified School District with coalition partners.• Coached school leaders to integrate evidence-based literacy practices in TK-1 classrooms in Fresno, CA, with 100% of school leaders reporting they deepened their learning.• Led a strategic planning process with Mineral County School District, which resulted in a new vision, mission, and motto that reflected the diversity and voices of the community. • Provided professional learning and coaching in mathematics for Central City Value High School teachers in Los Angeles, resulting in an average increase of 38 points on the CAASPP test, and a 53-point increase for English learners in one year. • Coached 13 districts in Utah to plan and implement personalized competency-based learning.• Led a partnership with Teach for America to train veteran teachers as coaches for new teachers
