   I manage the Discovery Ads UX research team at Google. Together, we are responsible for the end-to-end user experience of lean-back, queryless ads. We own the consumer experience for ads on the Google Discover Feed as well as the advertiser experience of Discovery Ads Campaigns, which allow advertisers to create ads on Discover, YouTube and Gmail.
