I have been involved with customer service/sales my entire life holding different positions with different companies. For the past 17 years I have worked in the funeral industry for Service Corporation International (Dignity Memorial). As a Sales Manager and Advanced Planning Consultant in Maine, Indiana, Connecticut, North Carolina,New Hampshire. I am currently a location manager at Jones Rich and Hutchins/Lindquist Funeral Homes in Portland and Yarmouth Me. I absolutely love my job because I have the ability to make a difference in a persons life. By planning ahead you are removing the stress of having to make last minute arrangements. Every family that I work with always says something very similiar.
