Play a key role in the oversight of a diversified commercial real estate portfolio spanning entitled land, industrial assets, office buildings, and multifamily developments. Contribute to financial planning and operational execution, including budget preparation, payment processing, draw requests, and project tracking across development milestones, insurance compliance, and lien monitoring. Provide analytical support for portfolio reviews focused on asset performance, risk exposure, and disposition strategies.• Support firm-wide regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with SEC regulations, Department of Labor requirements, and relevant federal, state, and tax laws. Responsibilities include detailed credit and equity analysis, pro forma modeling, budget evaluation, contract and legal document review, entitlement and permitting research, and coordination of title and escrow matters.• Participated in the structuring and launch of a commingled real estate investment fund, providing support in entity formation, drafting fund documentation and investor materials, and facilitating communications with institutional investors.• Collaborated on the strategic development and launch of the firm’s corporate website and support ongoing marketing and investor engagement initiatives, including presentations and event participation.
