   As an IT leader and full-stack developer I am an integral contributor to the company’s growth; within 4 years helped grow $12M company to $22M. • Identified and addressed operational bottlenecks and leveraged cloud technology to build out our internal platform and assist company in its digital transformation. • Coordinated with outside vendors and contractors for software implementation, IT help desk support, and security infrastructure. • Primarily utilized React, Node.js, Go (Golang), and PostgreSQL to develop internal applications that support finance/operations as well as integrations between all core business applications. • Implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Business Central ERP; all essential business applications moved to the cloud. • Created automated sales reporting platform with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric data solution, and supplementary background services. • Eliminated manual order entry by deploying B2B e-commerce software; revenue/orders doubled with minimal increase in support staff. • Developed integration service between ERP and e-commerce system saving in acquisition and implementation costs of equivalent outsourced solution. • Built all customer facing sites using modern web tooling, including Next.js and Astro.
