I advise both international and domestic clients on the full spectrum of Swedish corporate law matters, providing strategic advice that transforms complex legal challenges into business opportunities. My practice centres on company law - whether that\'s organising general meetings, acting as board secretary, or guiding clients through new issuances, mergers, demergers, and cross-border conversions. I also handle corporate governance matters and represent clients in acquisitions and capital injections. My expertise in complex company law matters extends to providing comprehensive legal analysis on intricate issues, including the Companies Act\'s prohibited loan provisions, corporate decision-making frameworks, and directors\' and officers\' liability exposures. I have advised a major listed financial institution on potential damages claims against former directors and senior management, and have participated in numerous special examiner investigations, providing clients with both current position assessments and strategic guidance for moving forward. I have a genuine passion for working with technology companies, particularly in the e-gaming space. Having grown up with gaming culture myself, I bring more than just legal expertise to these relationships; I understand the fast-paced environment, the innovation mindset, and the unique challenges these companies face. One of my niches in private M&A is acting for buyers or sellers of e-gaming companies where I have acted for e-gaming buyers and sellers in more than 25 transactions, domestic as well as international.
