This includes build projects (new websites and upgrading Drupal versions) as well as projects for retainer clients. Key highlights-Oversee the company\'s largest retainer clients, generating over $1m revenue annually- Consult on PMO processes including methodologies used, post sales activities, and team dynamics. Created company best practices for setting up team stand up meetings-Took over a complex Ecommerce build project for a university that was halfway complete, over budget, and losing velocity. Worked with lead architect to restart sprint cadence and ceremonies, and created a new project plan that was executed and delivered upon to the client\'s satisfaction.
