Develop and implement operating strategies, plans, procedures, and softwarerecommendations to support daily logistics and coordination between EllisDon’scommercial and residential construction and Tenant General Contractors (GC’s).• Work collaboratively with Tenant Coordination and Tenant GC’s, as well as EllisDon andother parties requiring access to the loading docks, to ensure a constant and efficient flowthroughout the site area. This includes managing the booking system and site control toefficiently move groups through the loading docks.• Coordinate with EllisDon and Ownership to modify emergency response plans orprocedures in response to changing site conditions.• Supervise the work of Tenant GC and their sub-trades to ensure site safety and security.Ensure compliance with site regulations and respectful treatment of the property.• Attend onsite Tenant contractor kickoff meetings to communicate site rules andregulations to Tenant Improvement (TI) GC’s.• Coordinate with the Ellis Don safety team for Tenant GC safety orientations and assigncolored badges/stickers for verifying Tenant GC presence on site.
