ABOUT ERIK MANLEY

I run operations and finance for Very Good Ventures, a Series A global technology consultancy. When I joined in 2022, we were a 50-person firm. Three years later we\'re 135 people across 11 countries, with revenue up 2.5x over that stretch and another strong growth year ahead in 2026.I\'m the COO, with CFO responsibilities. In practice, that means I own the operating plan, the P&L, FP & A, GAAP accounting, cash flow, tax, and all reporting to the board and investors. Before VGV, I spent 12 years at frog (now part of Capgemini Invent), most recently as VP/GM of the New York studio, a $40M P&L with 130+ people serving Fortune 500 clients in financial services, telecom, healthcare, and technology. I made frog NY the highest-grossing office in the global network, closed the firm\'s largest deal in 12 years ($10M+), and was peer-nominated to Capgemini\'s VP leadership team. Before that: digital strategy at GE ($30M budget, with Cannes, Clio, and Cyber Lion wins) and software product design at Thomson Reuters.Credentials: Columbia Business School CFO Program (2025), MBA University of Arizona (2003), BA Philosophy & English.
