   NOVA Infrastructure invests in infrastructure in the energy, transportation, environmental services, and other sectors in North America, with an exclusive focus on differentiated, value-added strategies in the highly attractive, middle market infrastructure segment. NOVA offers a unique strategic focus; detailed, bottom-up investing; significant experience and expertise; and market connectivity and deal flow. Collaborate with the investment team in origination, evaluation, due diligence, and closing efforts in the energy, transportation, and environmental services sectors for potential acquisitions that match NOVA investment criteria. Represent NOVA to Limited Partners along with the entire investment team, and work to secure new funding. NOVA successfully closed a $565 Million Fund I in July of 2022 with 8 portfolio companies under NOVA’s management. NOVA is currently conducting fundraising operations for Private Equity Fund II with a target of $1B. Serve as a deal team and Board Member for an FBO roll-up strategy that included the acquisition of Hawthorne Aviation as the anchor platform for the roll up of Choice Aviation, Dolphin, and Aviation Technologies. Part of the investment team and Board Member at Nopetro Renewables, to assist in building a more robust business pipeline of renewable natural gas and wastewater opportunities within the portfolio company and supplemented C-suite talent with the addition of a new Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Business Development.
