From signing a lease, to moving in and start seeing patients. Building clinic from signing lease, coordinating architect, designer, and general contractor to having clinic up and running in 4 months, including all protocols, workflows and processes. Financial processes developed in cooperation with accountant, P/L budget with monthly follow-up processes and liquidity forecast. Employees hiring and onboarding (PCC, MA, Nurse, Doctor) setting up Medical & Retirement package. Deciding on and implementing IT structure and systems Implementing a broad package of IT-systems (BBHR, G-suite, EMR, Aeras, Cyber security, Mosyle, Apple, Zoom, Adobe, PandaDoc, DOCK Health, MileIQ, ClockShark, Quickbooks).
