In this role, in collaboration with other members of the school-based program leadership team I aim to ensure, through regular supervision of program staff, that high-quality mental health services, consistent with the agency mission, are delivered and that these services reflect a multidisciplinary, ethically appropriate, and culturally informed approach to clients. In addition to these duties, I continue to work clinically at a local elementary school, collaborating closely with school administration, teachers, families, and the community.
