She has created and scaled businesses at startups and large organizations, driving innovation and market leadership.Currently, Erikka leads corporate development for sFOX. sFOX is a comprehensive crypto and stablecoin platform for institutions, providing the infrastructure, liquidity, security, and regulatory compliance needed to unlock the full potential of digital assets transactions, from trading to payments. Erikka drives growth by spearheading strategic initiatives, expanding enterprise relationships, scaling institutional adoption of digital asset trading solutions, and managing investor relations.Previously, she led product management for Experian Consumer Information Services North America, a $1.4B business, providing critical data, insights, and services that power the credit industry and empower individuals with financial agency.At Amazon, Erikka built and led +100-person teams to develop and launch machine learning-driven innovations across Prime, Dash Cart for Fresh, and Customer Service. She has also driven product and business development at mid-size startups, including ConsumerDirect. Earlier in her career, she served as General Manager for TransUnion Plus, a personal finance and credit improvement subscription service. She was also a venture capital investor, with key investments in Evite and CRM software companies.Her passion for seamless, immersive consumer experiences led her to Apple, where she was a product manager for the iPod, helping expand the product line into video, WiFi, strategic platforms (Nike+ for exercise, Starbucks for payments), and social features.Erikka’s belief in improving the world through technology, collaboration, and innovation extends to her personal endeavors. She is an advisor for Toi Labs, a quantified health smart toilet company, and board member of Lifelong, a nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to health and nutrition for people with chronic illnesses across Western Washington. She was also the co-founder and CFO of Full Circle Fund, the first social venture fund that developed and placed volunteer board member-investors in Silicon Valley.
