Over the past 15 years I\'ve gravitated toward the programs nobody else wanted — authoring the first compliant credit and refund policy for Microsoft\'s secure cloud, building financial and utilization reporting that product, sales, finance, and support teams now depend on, and recovering enterprise deployments that were declared unrecoverable.I thrive in the deep end. I grind through ambiguity, cut through complexity, and negotiate the hard tradeoffs that keep programs stuck.
