Through this role, Erik drives maximum value for his clients by providing advisory services and more.With a scientific background in neuropharmacology and regenerative medicine, Erik has worked with leading academic institutions, healthcare providers, pharma/biotech, device and diagnostic companies on a range of financing, strategic partnerships, M&A, licensing and co-development transactions. As an entrepreneur, Erik has founded or co-founded several companies including therapeutics, clinical genomics, robotics, diagnostics and AI focused digital health. He has also launched and run early stage life science investment funds in Boston and Houston. Previously, Erik was the founding director of the Texas Medical Center Innovation Institute. They grew the TMCx healthcare accelerator to international recognition and launched the TMC Venture Fund.He is wildly committed to working with great teams and technology that can improve human health.
