I am a versatile and accomplished senior affordable housing underwriter and underwriting manager with 10+ years of experience in structuring and underwriting low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) debt and equity investments. I have closed over $750 million of credit to finance complex affordable housing transactions. I have experience working with city & state government agencies, multiple layers of subordinate financing and various subsidies such as Section 8 and RAD. I am noted for my sound judgement, conducting thorough analysis, risk assessment/mitigation, making high-quality loan decisions in line with credit policy and ability to influence both colleagues and external customers.
