I\'ve started five companies in multiple sectors — bringing both digital & physical products to market. I have a penchant for bridging the technical and business sides of a company and have a proven track record of recruit, leading, and growing multi-disciplinary product management teams. I love helping people succeed, believe everyone needs to thrive, and fostering that comes from my commitment to understanding each team member\'s motivations and drivers.
