Georgia Probate Law Group\'s mission is to help families have as positive an experience as possible when settling their loved one\'s estate or trust. We believe that the family has already gone through a bad enough experience in losing someone they loved. The legal process of settling the estate should not make it worse.Sometimes disputes happen between family members. Although that can be a very tough and trying experience, we work aggressively to obtain results for our clients while still providing caring and compassionate service to them.Our firm works exclusively on cases involving an estate or trust after someone has passed away. We are based in Atlanta, but our probate attorneys work in all Cities and Counties in Georgia.
