As the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition for EA SPORTS, I lead the North American recruitment for all our game development teams. I lead two dedicated teams across our Vancouver and Orlando studios, focusing on building high-performing teams for some of the world\'s most beloved sports titles. Key Responsibilities & Achievements:• Strategic Leadership: I lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for all game development studios across North America, ensuring our recruitment efforts align with business growth and innovation goals.• Team Management: I lead and develop a team of Managers, Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists in Vancouver and Orlando, providing them with the guidance and tools needed to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.• Early Career Talent: I am responsible for the strategy and execution of our Early Career Talent recruitment, including internships, co-ops and new graduate hiring.• Executive Partnership: I work closely with executive leadership and studio heads to forecast and meet current and future hiring needs for all EA SPORTS titles.• Talent Pipeline: I am responsible for building and maintaining robust talent pipelines, attracting top-tier engineering, design, art and production talent from across the globe.• Process Optimization: I continuously refine and optimize our recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.• Project Leadership: I lead complex projects to implement new technology and drive operational and efficiency improvements within the talent acquisition function.
