About Erika West

Erika has over 20 years of experience at PwC working for multiple groups within the firm during her tenure. Erika began her career in audit in 2003 focusing primarily on audits of investment management clients and worked her way up to audit manager. Erika was responsible for managing small and large audit teams of up to 25 team members. Erika spent the next ten years focusing on external training engagements and providing learning consulting services to clients. Her experience includes developing and delivering large scale training programs nationally as part of PwC\'s Professional Development Program\'s seminar series. Erika also helped large global companies implement large scale training programs that were tailored to the client\'s organization. In addition to her client service responsibilities, Erika also spent a significant amount of time on Program operations, which included financial management responsibilities and identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies. In 2018, Erika took on a new challenge within the PwC managing the project budget and financial results for the global rollout of Workday. Following the end of this project, Erika joined the Investment Management Office with Network Operations. Within this role, she is responsible for the day to day operations of the team charged with monitoring and reporting on global strategic investments.
