AAC believes in creating deep, lasting, and rich relationships between #DopeAsians at every stage of their careers — and I joined as a pro bono Program Lead to help get the AAC even closer to that dream.Currently Leading end-to-end program operations — managing the application process, streamlining onboarding materials, and designing intentional community events that foster genuine connection beyond just professional networking. Working toward 15 mentor-mentee matches per cohort across two annual cycles as well as connecting pass cohorts with over 200 individuals being a part of this program since 2020In addition to my work as the lead on the mentorship program, I assist with event planning and community outreach for the AAC with a focus on Los Angeles.
