ABOUT ERIKA NAGY BASANTE
With over 15 years of experience in engineering, consulting, and project management, I am a passionate and driven Industry Solutions & Services Manager at Accenture, where I support the primary natural gas and electricity providers for the Southern California region with innovative and cost-effective solutions. In my current role, I manage records digitalization and wildfire risk assessment projects that enhance customer experience, increase efficiency, reduce emissions, and improve safety. I also establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, manage portfolio budget and schedule, and gather and analyze business requirements. I hold a PMP certification and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from NYU. My mission is to be a great leader in the power and gas industry, developing new products and services that promote the usage of renewable energy and benefit the environment and the society. I thrive in fast-paced and diverse environments, where I can leverage my technical and business skills, communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds, and learn from new challenges.
