About Erika Oberle
I am an experienced Strategic Operations leader with 10 years of progressive career growth inthe federal government in the U.S. Department of Labor and the General ServicesAdministration. My core skills are leading teams in planning and managing programs whilekeeping all stakeholders on-task and accountable. I believe effectively managing the resourcesof the U.S. taxpayer is key to an efficient government, and diligence and attention todeliverables are what make any organization, public or private, successful.In my career, I have a proven track record in program management, process improvement, anddata-driven decision-making, having worked as a project manager in many different capacities. Mostrecently, I have been working in Program Operations for an internal training and facilitation programat GSA known as CSAW, helping fulfill its mission to educate all areas of the federal government onproper approaches to contracting and acquisition of services. In this role, I manage the schedule andservice delivery of facilitations and workshops requested by other branches of government onPerformance-based Acquisition and how to best follow the Federal Acquisition Regulations System(FAR). I am a certified facilitator and help deliver these trainings as part of my duties.Prior to this role, I have worked in many project management and analyst positions in DOL andGSA, supporting equipment, office space, and property management initiatives on various teams- Program Management, Project Management- Strategic Operations Leader, Team Leader- Expert Speaker and Facilitator- Government Operations and Contract Compliance- Expert skills in Excel
