Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Music Department’s front office, concerts, and recitals. Submits payroll for adjunct faculty and staff, as well as manages the general departmental budget. Curates the department schedule and provides administrative support for the six (6) full-time music faculty, 25 part-time applied music professors, and 200+ music students at Rhodes College. Manages the use of all of the campus music spaces including practice rooms, studios, classrooms and performance halls. Also responsible for managing the public relations of all departmental events and serving as a liaison with the Communications Department to prepare printed advertisements and programs.
