As a senior delivery manager I play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery and integration across multi-disciplinary, complex projects and programmes in both our digital portfolio and business and markets teams, as well as supporting internal team and people development. Most recently I have worked on the following:Global Work Winning Programme Lead for Arup: Supporting Arup’s Global Executive Board in delivering our strategic initiatives on work winning by leading a programme of work aimed at: improving our work winning rates, globally improving and aligning our work winning policies and protocols, improving our risk management approach for bidding, and driving systems and business integration in our bidding space, such as our CRM system. This includes working with, influencing and gaining the buy in of key strategic and executive leadership members and leading significant business change.Product development approach & management for Department of Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ): Supporting the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero in delivering core products, processes, and artifacts in the operationalisation and standing-up of a new organisation. This includes interpreting policy requirements and business needs, developing & prioritising a product roadmap and managing complex teams, stakeholders and clients to deliver in tight timeframes and difficult conditions. A key aspect of the role is bringing a realistic delivery & outcome focussed approach, and making critical decisions and when, what, how, and why products are developed, what capabilities are required, and building the right team(s) to deliver. It also means understanding and integrating across the programme, identifying gaps in overall programme delivery.
