   At Charles Schwab, I am an SME in change management:• Change Strategy & Program Execution: I lead firmwide and HR-specific transformation and change initiatives (i.e, technology implementations, skills based hiring, employee recognition, outsourcing, workplace flexibility, corporate real estate, change capability, etc.) from beginning to end.• Community of Practice (CoP): I am supporting the redesign and enhancement of the Change@Schwab Community of Practice. I develop content for community meetings and training sessions. I am also leading the development of a firm-wide change practitioner toolkit for associates to leverage when they encounter change in their roles.• Enterprise Change Management Strategy: I am supporting the development of multi-year strategy to build enterprise change capabilities for the firm. This includes the plans for developing a company-wide change saturation tracker, ADKAR surveys, the expansion of the Community of Practice and continued partnership with Prosci to enroll associates in its Change Management Practitioner Certification Program.
