Known as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive leadership teams, Erika brings a distinctive blend of marketing, communications, and employee engagement expertise to drive clarity, alignment, and sustained organizational performance at scale.In her current role as Vice President of Employee Engagement and Communications at Osaic, one of the nation’s largest providers of wealth management solutions, Erika leads the firm’s enterprise engagement strategy for a 2,500+ employee organization operating across multiple locations and work models. She is responsible for shaping a multiyear engagement and culture roadmap that integrates leadership effectiveness, employee growth, recognition, and enterprise listening into the broader business strategy.Prior to joining Osaic, Erika held senior leadership roles at LPL Financial, where she led client marketing, segmentation, product marketing, and executive communication functions. She founded and scaled new audience-centric capabilities that significantly increased engagement through personalization, behavioral insight, and targeted storytelling. These experiences shaped her ability to influence outcomes through a deep audience understanding, a skill set that continues to underpin her leadership approach today.
