I am an operations leader, passionate about understanding people. I have advanced education in psychology that gives me a deep understanding of how humans work. That paired with experience in both business and marketing/creative operations enables me to understand the intersection of both worlds - people and process - to design and build human-centered organizations, services, and experiences.
