About Erika Decker
I’m an Associate Director of Experience Design, raised medium-agnostic but now devoutly digital. With over nine years of experience as an agency creative, and four years’ experience leading design teams, I\'m a proven player in creative execution and art direction with an emphasis in digital and interactive experiences. Currently at Digitas on the Experience Design team, my role is a fusion of creative direction and user experience design, and I love the challenges that come with this blend of traditional disciplines. I get my hands dirty in design and UX, manage and mentor junior talent, and collaborate with Content Strategy and other capabilities to bring ideas from concept to fully-fledged, compelling execution. Outside of design and typography, my interests include insects, horror movies, and video games.
