About Erika Calderon

Erika D. Calderon is a dedicated professional in the field of behavior analysis, currently serving as the Regional Director of Central Florida and Highlands for Full Spectrum Behavioral Analysis. With experience dating back to 2011, Erika has worked extensively with young children affected by Autism and obtained her Registered Behavior Technician credential in 2015.As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since May 2020 and a qualified supervisor within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Erika has extensive experience implementing behavior analytic programs and applying research-based interventions, including functional communication training and naturalistic behavior interventions.Erika is particularly focused on applying the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to at-risk youth and equipping educators with effective, evidence-based practices.
