About Erika Biba
Global recruiting to food, wine, and Carharts.talk about a 180!I had a very successful 15+ year run as a sales and recruiting professional. I met people from all over the world, learned the ins and outs of more industries than I can count and received recognition from C-level executives, leaders, business owners, colleagues and candidates for my work. It was a wild ride but I had a gut feeling it was time for a change. My farming roots were calling and I really wanted to turn my love of hosting into something bigger.A trip to France in 2019 was just the inspiration I needed to start a new chapter.I love the farm to table concept and few things make me happier than a table filled with the things I grow. I’ve learned to grow organic fruits, vegetables and flowers from seed to harvest. I’ve studied food + wine and have learned to appreciate the partnership between the two. I also have a reputation for throwing a heck of a dinner party and love to cook + bake. Combined, these things bring people together around my table and that has been the center of this latest chapter.
