I am currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wiss, a leading regional CPA firm, where I manage all aspects of the hiring process.In my role, I use my skills in client relations and teamwork to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. I work with various internal and external stakeholders to screen candidates and coordinate interviews. I also source candidates via social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed, and conduct initial screenings and assessments. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the growth and success of the organization and the team. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table.
