For the past 12 years, I’ve led People & Culture teams through transformative change in high-growth tech and clean energy companies. My work is about building and scaling people strategies that support both business goals and the humans who make them possible. I value integrity, openness, curiosity, and empathy. I care deeply about creating human-centered workplaces, and I believe that people are capable of exceptional things when they are challenged, supported, and empowered. I\'ve learned from experience that thriving cultures don\'t just happen; they are built intentionally, through each and every interaction and decision. I\'m equal parts Midwest nice and Detroit gritty, which means my superpower is kindly telling people things they don\'t want to hear (but need to hear anyway). I care about humans first, but I think about business first, and I think that distinction matters.
