As Component Director of Digital Learning & Design at Region 6 ESC, I lead Eduhero, a professional development platform we built in-house. It grew from 60 districts to nearly 500 and now serves thousands of educators across Texas. I set strategy, direct product and operations, and protect quality so every course is useful. Much of my work is compliance and professional growth. I guide end-to-end course development that turns mandatory training into clear, engaging experiences that respect teachers’ time. We listen to educators, iterate quickly, and keep the learning practical and impactful. What matters to me is building systems and courses that scale, earn trust, and make educators’ days easier.
