Ballot Review/Agile Workforce. Able to process ballots in many departments including ballot box closer/lead, signature verification, opening, scanning, ballot review, audit, recount, and batch box cage sorting. Able to immediately adapt and change duties and responsibilities, dependent upon need. Understand the process, thereby capable of working without direct management. Allowed to take responsibility as needed. Using the Washington State Voter Intent Guide, follow all rules to ensure every vote is accurately interpreted, counted, and recorded. This includes processing alternative format ballots, unreadables, pinkies, manual resolution, voter visualization using Clear Count software, out of country electronic ballots, and finishing with double or triple levels of QC for entire election. Participate in public and filmed random batch and race audits to ensure accuracy of the entire election.
