I love a challenge, a seemingly impossible task and a good turn around case – whether it’s modernizing global IT & Operations infrastructure with executives in Germany, creating a new way of product sourcing with suppliers in Vietnam, pivoting from a traditional wholesale model to a digital model during COVID or preparing and marketing a brand for divestiture in Boston. I believe that ambiguity unlocks creativity and can become a competitive advantage for teams and companies. Using consumer and industry insights in combination with employee, customer and supplier feedback will uncover new opportunities and solutions. Really understanding the problem that needs to be solved, creating a measurable plan for execution, telling a compelling change story to key stakeholders and not shying away from the hard work is at the core of this.
