With over two decades of leadership in healthcare, I bring a strategic, people-focused approach to revenue cycle management, integrating clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability. As Director of Revenue Cycle for a cardiovascular group, I lead transformative initiatives that align patient care with reimbursement strategies, optimize team performance in hybrid environments, and leverage technology to address systemic challenges.I work closely with senior leadership, IT, and clinical teams to integrate cardiology services into registration workflows, improve point-of-service collections, and ensure seamless patient experiences. My scope includes building and scaling RCM teams, launching new service lines, and implementing compliance-driven process improvements.From payer contracting and carve-out analysis to executive-level negotiations, I use data-driven insights to anticipate payer trends and guide strategic decisions. My work includes KPI reporting, driving policy reform, and mentoring emerging leaders, all while advancing equitable, value-based care.Currently completing a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration with the goal of earning a Master of Health Administration, I am committed to expanding healthcare access, enhancing delivery models, and fostering inclusive workplaces for both patients and staff.
