As an Associate Change Management Consultant at SAP, I don’t just accompany change for external clients, but make it effective. But why do we even need Change Management?Because real change is more than just a technical implementation or a new process. It only works when people’s mindsets and behaviors shift. Only then do new systems and processes actually get used in everyday work, which by the way also increases ROI (hopefully that got the CFOs on board ). Because let’s be honest, what’s the point of the best system or process if no one uses it? 🧐That’s why I firmly believe that people must be at the center of every change and organization.
