My role with HGV has developed over the last 4+ years: Leave of absence specialist supporting unions, adhering to federal and state-specific laws, and managing over 300 cases at any given time. Transitioning to an HR Generalist in the contact center role, assisting team members nationwide with a plethora of questions and assistance with navigating through issues or questions along with intaking initial team member concerns that may require further investigations. Currently partnered as a Specialist supporting the Corporate team, partnering with clients, and assisting with company plans, rollouts, and initiatives.
