About Erika Schoch
With over 30 years of experience in the (re)insurance sector, my expertise lies in risk analysis, underwriting and strategic oversight, particularly within the Latin American agricultural and marine landscape. With over 30 years at Swiss Re and as Head of Marine snd Agriculture for the LatAm and Caribbean region my role involved assessing complex risks and fostering resilience against diverse challenges. I also honored to serve as part of the executive Committee and 7 years as President of the board at ALSUM board, as well as part of the fact & Figures committee at IUMI and member of the executive committee at ALASA. As part of the Gallagher Re Latam team, I continue my mission to serve the LatAm insurance community, but even more important to work with our clients to build up their portfolios and talents.
