ABOUT ERIKA RUIZ
Professionally, I am interested in organizations and teamwork. That is why I apply strategic communication in the organizational field. I agree with researchers on the constitutive role of communication in the development of society and its organizations. I have learned that a strategic plan derives from research, to establish objectives and efficient actions, mainly communicative actions, and I try to apply it in my professional work. I am a great believer in teamwork, I firmly believe that \"the whole will always be greater than the sum of its parts\" which motivates me to implement a systemic perspective in all my activities, both professional and personal. In addition, I consider myself a curious person. I am passionate about learning every day. You can learn in school, but also in life (by living it), that\'s why I love to experience different cultures, traditions, and languages.
