At SPARK Learning Lab, my mission has been to spearhead strategies that elevate early education and care quality across Indiana. With a focus on partnership solutions and integrated support delivery, our team strives to enhance educational programming. Our technical assistance initiatives have successfully set and monitored goals, assessing project outcomes with precision.Leveraging my competencies in critical thinking and consultation, I have played a pivotal role in managing support for educators and administrators. The emphasis on standards-based, data-driven instruction during my tenure with the Achievement Network has been instrumental in fostering systemic change and closing achievement gaps. The skills honed there now fuel my current work, ensuring SPARK Learning Lab\'s coaching, training and resources effectively meet the diverse needs of our programs.

   I’m honored to share that I’ve joined The Acelero Charitable Foundation as a Project Director, supporting the Education Pillar of the Indianapolis African American Quality of Life Initiative (IAAQLI).In this role, I’ll be working to advance the Initiative’s early childhood education goals—expanding access to high-quality learning experiences for African-American children, families, and child care providers across Indianapolis.This important work is focused on strengthening systems, lifting up community-led solutions, and building lasting impact for children and families. I’m especially excited to partner with local organizations to align strategy, data, and technical assistance efforts that lead to meaningful and measurable results.I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to serve in this capacity and continue work that connects education, community, and long-term growth.
