As a partner at Weinstein Family Law, I focus my practice exclusively on matrimonial and family law, including divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, relocation, post-dissolution matters and other related family matters.While even in the most amicable of circumstances, going through a divorce can be a fear-provoking time for the entire family which is why it’s so important to educate and inform clients of their rights and options throughout the legal process. I’m dedicated to guiding and protecting my clients through zealous advocacy, out-of-the-box solutions, and a cognizance of the financial expense associated with divorce and family matters.In addition to family law, I have experience in residential real estate law. This knowledge is invaluable when dealing with the distribution of assets in the divorce process that involves the sale of the marital home or other real estate holdings.Prior to entering into private practice, I served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas L. Weisenbeck, J.S.C, Morris County Family Part (now retired).
