I am what I would call the epitome of People Person!Much of my career has been spent in high-stakes, employee-facing HR environments including but not limited to leading open enrollment, onboarding, payroll, managing benefits, implementing HR systems, and serving as a steady, trusted point of contact for employees and partners navigating complex or time-sensitive situations. In addition to being a go-to for employees, I\'ve worked closely with brokers, vendors, payroll and cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure the employee lifecycle programs are not only compliant and accurate, but clearly communicated, accessible, documented, user-friendly, and more!I am generally known for being calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and deeply service-minded. I care about getting things right, protecting employee trust and culture, and creating systems that actually work for the people using them. While I\'ve held leadership and oversight responsibility, I am equally comfortable being hands-on and \"getting in the weeds\" of things.In this season, I am especially drawn to organizations that prioritize people, culture, teamwork, and balance, and where thoughtful HR operations directly support the broader mission. I believe great people practices happen when empathy, structure, and accountability coexist and that is how I show up and do the work every day.
